Employment Support / SLES
From feeling unsure to finding your path. Whether you're leaving school or stuck in your job search, figuring out what’s next can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer two tailored employment support pathways — one for school leavers, and one for anyone pursuing employment, volunteering, or study. Move forward with clarity and purpose — not confusion and pressure.
SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports)
For participants aged 16–24 with NDIS funding who are transitioning from school and need structured support to get work-ready.
Our SLES program follows a proven 4-step pathway:
-
Context and Goal Setting – Define success and set SMART goals
-
Preparation – Build key documents, plan transport, complete TFN/budget tasks
-
Practice – Mock interviews, confidence coaching, communication skills
-
Job Readiness – Real work experience, employer connections, job customisation
Participants are supported by a 3-person team:
-
SLES Manager – Oversees your plan and works with employers
-
SLES Mentor – Supports with transitions, travel, forms, and weekly goals
-
Career Counsellor – Builds confidence, communication, and workplace skills
