How We Can Help

We tailor our support around what matters most to you.

Capacity Building

For people who feel lost or unsure of where they’re headed, our Empowered Living model helps restore confidence. How?

  1. Develop a Vision – Define what a fulfilling life looks like for you

  2. Create a Plan – Break your goals down into actionable, achievable steps

  3. Integrate Support – Surround you with mentors who’ll walk the journey with you.

This isn't just about ticking boxes —

It’s a turning point.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

It's more than just shared accommodation and it’s not just about having a roof over your head — it’s about feeling safe, supported, and empowered to live your life, your way.

Whether you're transitioning out of home, moving toward independence, or looking for stability, our approach is rooted in one goal: life fulfilment.

If Supported Independent Living is the question — I’m Able is the answer.

In-home & Community Access

When support feels cold, inconsistent, or missing, life can feel chaotic — not just for the person needing help, but for their whole support network. We bring peace of mind. How?

  1. Time Alignment – Understand what a typical week looks like

  2. Wellbeing Assessment – Check in on emotional, physical, and social needs

  3. Risk Eraser – Identify and manage daily risks in home, health, and routine

Counselling - Short-term therapy, long-term impact

For young people aged 16 to 30 who need more than talk therapy. Learn to:

  • Develop a confident identity

  • Tame anxiety

  • Set boundaries

  • Grow skills for employment

Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity confusion, or relationship breakdowns, join our 6–12 week program to go from chaos to clarity.

*We accept NDIS and privately funded individuals.

Short Term Accommodation & Respite Care

Exhausted from late nights, juggling too much, or running on empty?
You’re not alone — and you don’t have to do it all.

We offer Short-Term Accommodation (STA) and Respite Care that creates space to reset — for participants needing a break, and for carers who need time to rest, recharge, or take care of other responsibilities.

Whether for a few days or a couple of weeks, our respite isn’t just a service — it’s a lifeline that feels like home.

Employment Support (including SLES)

Ready for work but unsure where to start?

Our employment support programs help people build confidence, grow real-world skills, and network to secure your desired employment. Whether you’re leaving school or feeling stuck in your job journey, we’re here to guide you — from goal setting to job readiness.

Team support. Real skills. Real outcomes.
